The invention concerns to sewing machines with an one-line line, namely, to the small-sized sewing machines intended for time connection of layers of a fabric, located on a surface of a table, and allows to simplify considerably a manual basting of garments at preparatory operations in individual tailoring, manufacturing of coverlets and other manual works.
From a level of technics(technical equipment) sewing machines with an one-line line are known. So, in the description of the invention to the patent of the Russian Federation № 1687678, МПК D05B 13/02, date of the publication of 30.10.1991, [1], is submitted the sewing machine containing mechanisms fixed on the one hand from a sewed fabric игловодителя and петлителя, the mechanism игловодителя contains иглодержатель with the bent needle fixed in it(him), and connected with directing with an opportunity of moving concerning it(her), the mechanism петлителя contains петлитель, executed with an opportunity of turn around of an axis, and a returnable spring. Lack of the invention [1] is performance of kinematic communication(connection) between иглодержателем and петлителем with directing as a tooth gearing that increases labour input of manufacturing of the sewing machine, and also impossibility of performance of a seam by fabrics located on planes.
In the description of the invention to the patent of the Russian Federation № 1798414, МПК D05B 1/06, 32/00, date of the publication of 28.02.1993, [2], is submitted the small-sized sewing machine containing mechanisms игловодителя and петлителя, the mechanism игловодителя contains the basis, иглодержатель with the needle fixed in it(him) and рейку, иглодержатель is established on рейке which шарнирно is connected to the basis, the mechanism петлителя contains the basis, петлитель, a hook of a delay of a string, a returnable spring, петлитель is connected to the basis by means of кулисного the mechanism consisting from шарнирно connected with basis of a rocking chair and the lever, thus one shoulder of the lever is connected with петлителем, and another - to a shoulder of a rocking chair by means of cooperating with a groove поводка. Lack of the invention [2] accepted for the closest analogue, accommodation of mechanisms игловодителя and петлителя on the different parties(sides) of a processable fabric that reduces accuracy of performance однониточной lines is and limits distance from a seam up to edge(territory) of a fabric. Besides she(it) cannot be used for performance easily dismissed наметочных seams.
Decided(Solved) problem(task) is the possibility of performance of a seam on a material laying on a table. The technical result consists in increase of accuracy of performance однониточной lines, and also in performance of easily dismissed time seam and significant reduction of volume of manual works in a clothing industry.
The technical result is reached(achieved) by that the way of time connection of fabrics consists that enter the bent needle with вдетой in ушко a string in connected layers of a fabric, turn a needle up to its(her) output(exit) from a fabric on distance from a place of introduction and form a loop of a string by moving a needle in the opposite direction, then with the help петлителя grasp one party(side) of a loop, bend around her(it) its(her) other party(side) and stretch her(it) through a loop then finish moving a needle to a starting position and tighten(delay) unit, repeat all listed operations on distance equal to a step of a stitch.
The technical result is reached(achieved) also by that the small-sized sewing machine for time connection of fabrics, as well as in the closest analogue [2], contains mechanisms игловодителя, петлителя and gear рейки, the mechanism игловодителя contains the basis, иглодержатель with the needle fixed in it(him) and рейку, иглодержатель is established on рейке which шарнирно is connected to the basis, the mechanism петлителя contains the basis, петлитель, a hook of a delay of a string, a returnable spring, but as against the closest analogue, the mechanism игловодителя is equipped fixed on the basis of directing, connected with рейкой with an opportunity of its(her) moving, игловодитель is connected with рейкой by means of the hinge, the needle is executed bent, шарнирное connection петлителя with the basis is executed as a vertical bar with the hinge connected with петлителем and covering a bar, петлитель contains a hook of formation of a loop, Connected with петлителем by means of the hinge and equipped with a returnable spring, and the hook of a delay of a string шарнирно is connected to the basis петлителя.
Besides the mechanism игловодителя is equipped with a drive of turn иглодержателя, containing draft of variable length, шарнирно connected with рейкой and with the lever fixed on an axis шарнирного of connection рейки with иглодержателем, and a drive of turn рейки, containing draft of variable length, шарнирно connected with the basis and рейкой
Besides the mechanism петлителя is equipped with a drive of turn of a hook of formation of the loop, containing the draft of the variable length established on петлителе and шарнирно connected with lever, fixed on an axis of turn of a hook of formation of a loop.
Thus drives иглодержателя, рейки, петлителя and a hook of formation of a loop are executed as electromagnetic relays, and the mechanism петлителя is connected to the basis with an opportunity of mutual moving.

The small-sized sewing machine will consist of the mechanism игловодителя, the mechanism петлителя and the mechanism gear рейки (figs 1, 2).
The mechanism игловодителя contains the basis 1 on which it is fixed directing 2, moving along it(her) рейка 3, for example, by means of rollers 4, 5, 6, located with two parties(sides) from directing 2. Thus rollers 4 and 6 can settle down from above, and a roller 5 - from below directing 2, or on the contrary. On рейке 3 by means of the hinge 7 it is established иглодержатель 8 with the bent needle fixed in it(him) 9 with ушком on the end (on figs. It is not shown). The coil with threads can fasten on the basis of 1 (on figs. It is not shown). The lever 10 which is connected by one end to draft of 11 (figs 1,2) of variable length by means of the hinge 12 is attached to an axis of the hinge 7. Other end of draft of 11 variable lengths is connected with рейкой 3 by means of the hinge 13. Рейка 3 by means of the hinge 14 it is connected to draft of 15 variable lengths which is connected to the basis 1 by means of the hinge of 16 (figs 1).
Рейка 3 it can be carried out as two plates between which rollers 4 are established, 5, 6. Axes of the hinge 7 иглодержателя 8, rollers 4, 5, 6 and шарнирных support 13, 14, 16 are parallel among themselves and перпедикулярны to a plane рейки 3 and directing 2 (figs 2).

On the basis of 18 петлителя the drive 21 turns of a hook 22 петлителя is established. The drive 21 can be carried out as screw connection or, for example, шестеренчатой transfers 23, 24 which actuates a hook 22 петлителя.
The axis шестерни 24 is connected to a returnable spring 25 which returns a hook 22 петлителя in a starting position. Draft of 19 variable lengths provides turn of the basis 18 петлителя for capture игольной strings. Draft 19 is motionlessly fixed on a vertical bar 17. The rod of draft 19 contacts to the bottom surface of the basis 18 петлителя, located under a corner to a bar 17. Thus it is formed кулачковый the mechanism providing turn of the basis 18 петлителя around of bar 17 for capture of a string at promotion of a rod of draft 19, and returning in a starting position by a spring 20 at removal of loading from a rod of draft 19.
The mechanism gear рейки will consist from gear рейки 26 and drafts of 27 variable lengths (figs 2).
Drafts 11, 15, 19, 27 variable lengths can be carried out as screw mechanisms, hydrocylinders, pneumocylinders, etc. Actuating of mechanisms игловодителя, gear рейки 26 and петлителя, making the small-sized sewing machine, is possible in manual, and also with the help энергопривода, cooperating with corresponding draft, in a preferable variant of performance – as the electromagnetic relays working on a signal from the switch or control systems (on figs. It is not shown).
The small-sized sewing machine works as follows, carrying out the offered(suggested) way.
The sewing machine is established on the spread layers of a fabric 28 (figs 1, 6, 7). Further manually or by means of 11 variable lengths connected to draft энергопривода, turn иглодержатель 8 concerning an axis of the hinge 7 fixed on рейке 3, and enter the bent needle 9 with вдетой in ушко a thread in connected layers of a fabric almost perpendicularly its(her) surfaces (figs. 6, 7). Then with the help of draft 15 move along directing 2 рейку 3. Thus the corner of an input(entrance) of the bent needle 9 in layers of a fabric, down to an arrangement of the end of a needle 9 on a tangent to a surface on which the fabric lays changes. Simultaneously with it by means of draft of 27 variable lengths gear рейка 26, being shifted, forms складку fabrics 29. Further, by means of draft 11 finish turn иглодержателя 8 around of the hinge 7 up to an output(exit) of a needle 9 of a fabric. Then draft 11, coming back in a starting position, turns иглодержатель 8 in the opposite direction, forming from a thread a loop as the letter "ï" (figs 12).
Further with the help of draft 19 the basis 18 петлителя which, moving around of a bar 17, removes the formed loop from a needle 9 is actuated. After that draft 21 actuates a hook 22 петлителя which, being with a underside of a loop together with носиком 30 петлителя (figs 13), doing(making) turn around of an axis 31 шестерни 24, bends around the party(side) of a loop (figs 14) which leaves a fabric and grasps the second party(side) of a loop (figs 10). Further, removing loading from draft 21 with the help of a returnable spring 25, the hook 22 петлителя moves in the opposite direction together with the seized string and is kept on носике 30 петлителя (figs 11). Further, removing loading of draft 19 with the help of a returnable spring 20, the basis 18 петлителя, coming back in similar position, passes удерживаемую on носике 30 петлителя a string in a loop (figs 14). Further, removing loading from draft 11, the needle 9, coming back in a starting position, tightens(delays) unit (figs. 15).
Simultaneously with reverse motion of a needle 9 the effort to draft 21 moves, thus the hook 22 turns concerning an axis 31, releasing(exempting) удерживаемую a string on носике 30 shuttles. In result on a thread 32 going behind a needle 9, the unit fixing position of a stitch on a surface of a fabric, with formation(education) of the seam shown on fig 16 is tightened(delayed). Further the thread 32 обрезается, or the basis 1 is transferred to the distance equal to a step of a stitch, and the cycle repeats.
The arrangement of mechanisms игловодителя, петлителя and gear рейки on one party(side) of a surface of a fabric allows to execute seams directly on the spread layers of a fabric. In result accuracy of performance of a seam raises, convenience to the approach to connected layers of a fabric is provided and the seam strong enough, nonstop, elastic and easily dismissed is formed.

1. THE ABSTRACT
The invention concerns to small-sized sewing machines with однониточной a line.
